Raika appered for her first mission keran had droned on and on about what it was they where to do but she got the jist of it find someone named jackson and tail him. she had teleported right into a musieum her long shinigami's captains robes where still what she wore a few people who walked down the hall and spotted her staired she waited for her patner haseo to show. her hand rested lightly on her sword Zabimaru.
"Come one haseo...hurry up and get here..." she sighed.

Just then a portal appeared and Haseo fell backwards out of it. "Damnit not again..." he said. "Hey Raika, what's up hehehehe..." Haseo felt embarrassed falling out of a portal backwards again, he hadn't done that in 3 weeks. "Well anyway, let's get started on this mission then. Which direction do you want to start looking?"

"I saw some people go that way...maybe if we follow them we can find that Jackson person..." she said pointing to her left where the people who had been stareing at her dissapered into a hallway. she then held her hand out for him "Here let me help you up" she said kindly she seemed completly out of place yet it dident seem to bother her it was as if she forgot she was wearing such odd attire with a dagger and a sword tucked into her sash.

Haseo smiled, grabbed Raika's hand and stood up. "Thanks, usually when I do something stupid like that I get yelled at or laughed at. So you want to head this way?" Haseo said as he motioned towards the direction Raika was pointing. "Wonder why people are all staring..." Haseo looked at Raika with an inquiring look. "Well, no point just standing here, let's get going." Haseo said as he started walking.

Raika followed her eyes watching all around her she was always slightly on edge wasent she. as she walked she started to hear a voice speaking loudly. she looked at haseo with a frown keran had played them a sound clip of the mans voice it sounded like his.
"Trough here i think..." she said lightly as she looked at him with a gentile smile. she was a gentile soul in the end.

Haseo thought that Raika seemed a little nervous. "Hey, calm down, no need to be nervous, I got your back." Haseo said with a reassuring tone. "Through here you think? Well then, let's check it out." Haseo said and he walked through the archway.

Inside the room was a bunch of chairs set up only a few had people sitting in them infront of them all was a tall gawky man with dusty brown hair he wore thick glasses but there rims where light and thin he was somewhat handsom in the geeky sort of way. raika was kinda reminded of uryuu even though they dident look alike. the man stopped talking however when he saw her.
"Ummm excuse me..uhh can..can i help you?" he said looking at the oddly costumed teenager. some of the people turned and saw her they took this distraction to get up and leave it seemed that most of them where not happy with what was going on.

"Hey, where's everybody going? Guess we're not wanted, how sad. Well, anyway, sorry to crash your party like that but uh... we're looking for a man named Jackson. Have you seen him?" Haseo asked the brown-haired man. For some reason, Haseo did not like talking to this person, he had some strange feeling in his gut about him.

"Uhh..I am jackson...excuse me...what do you need of me" the man sounded rather nervious mostly becuse one of the two strangers had a sword hanging from her waist the other part was becuse he was normaly a bit on edge. Raika stepped forward lightly and gave him a reassuring smile.
"It is a pleasure to meet you Jackson-san..." she said bowing politely. The man blinked at how she was acting was she japanese she didn't look it.
"Uhh s-Ssan...well"he blinked
"We are here to keep you safe..." Raika said.

Haseo couldn't help but utter a small chuckle at the sight of Jackson's nervousness. "Yeah, we're here to keep you safe." Haseo's smile faded. "Well, let's just say there is a group of people who would like to get at you, so that's why we're here, to keep you safe."

"W-we-well yes that would explain the sword..." Jackson muttered looking at raika the girl looked down at her sword and then chuckled.
"Oh ya i almost forgot about my blades i havent had to use them in a while...Kokkaijinji and Zabimaru" she laughed. Jackson frowned that was deffinatly japanese he translated both in his head and frowned lightly bone mirror and Snake tail. as the three stood there an older woman walked in.
"Professor Jackson I assume..." she said looking at Jackson ignoreing the other two.

"You know, your swords of some slightly menacing names to be a protecter hehehe." Haseo used telepathy to transfer that message. "Heh, 'Professor' Jackson. Your a professor? On what subject may I ask?" Haseo smiled as he said this, he was in a good mood today.

the woman seemed to notice him and smiled lightly.
"Oh I am sorry am I intrupting things Professor Jacksom..." she asked politely as she smiled at the two of them.
' its not that bad...there both nice...when there not fighting with each other...' she said psychicly to him with a forwn her hand instinctivly resting on zabimaru. Jackson looked at the woman and shook his head.
"Umm n-no...they..uhh..." he sighed not knowing what to say about these two. they had called themselver his protector. he dident know why they where here.

"Nah, your not interupting anything, we were just leaving." Haseo said.
'dont worry, we're not going to leave him, we're just going to watch him from the rafters so he feels more comfortable, how's that sound?'
"Well then, I guess we'll be heading off, later!" Haseo said as he started walking away.

Raika nodded and followed him slightly as she did she listened to the woman as she started to speak with the man.
"Professor Jackson I have a job for you...working with the United States Millitary...It fall right under you study" she said Raika frowned. so they where in america no wonder he had acted so oddly about her bowing and calling him san.

Haseo jumped up to rafters. "Heh lovely view." Haseo said in a sarcastic tone. "There must be something up with that Jackson guy if someone comes up talking to him about the Military..." Haseo jumped a few rafters over so he could hear what they were saying.

Raika followed him like a shadow her feet made no sound when they hit the rafters. she got behind him just as silently.
"I dont know.."she said when she reached him. she then looked down at the two.
"Uh...w-what?" Jackson studdered.
"Please we need your expertise..." she said to him Raika frowned lightly.
"Nani..." she said slowly in japanese.

Haseo nearly fell off of the rafters when Raika spoke, he didn't realize that she had made her way over to him so quietly. "Geez, gave me a little scare there, your pretty quiet hehe...wonder what that women means by his expertise? He's probably got a lot of secret crap going on that I never would have thought of. What do you think he might be involved with Raika?"

"I dont know..." Raika said slowly as she watched them continue to speak after a few second the woman told him to follow her and he did Raika dropped down as silently as a cat and then looked up at Haseo
"come on..." she said lightly. her movements where fluid and gentile.

Haseo dropped down beside Raika. "Ok, let's follow them." Haseo walked a few steps and looked around the corner where they turned and saw two large muscular guards looking straight at him.
"Hey! What are you doing here?!" the guard shouted and raised his gun, ready to fire.
"Whoa there buddy, I didn't realize this party was private, but uh... I kinda need to go this way if you don't mind." Haseo smiled as he said this, and pulled two guns out of thin air from behind him and pointed them at the guards. "So, if you don't want to move...I'll just have to make you move." Haseo wouldn't shoot anyone unless they were attacking him, and since they weren't, he was using his guns as a bluff.
